We respect your privacy because we ourselves don't like it when someone reviews our documents without a clear reason. The administrator of your data is the company Management Eagle with its registered office at ul. Długa 12 in Gdańsk. We collect only that information that is necessary for us to respond to your inquiry about a process audit or to prepare a specific board renovation plan. We are not a large corporation, just a team of 9 specialists who have their feet firmly on the ground and value concrete facts. When you use our site or fill out a quote form, your basic data reaches us: first name, last name, and e-mail address. You do this voluntarily, most often to order an audit of 7 processes or schedule a 15-minute introductory talk. Our system also uses cookies, i.e., small text files. Thanks to them, we know which articles about errors in work regulations you read most often. This helps us write texts that actually solve problems of local firms. The server automatically saves standard logs, such as IP number or time of entry to the site. This is pure technique that allows the site to operate stably. We store data from forms usually for 6 months. If after this time we do not start common renovation of your business, we remove them from the database. We do not collect emails for future use. Every piece of information you entrust to us serves exclusively for our auditor to reliably assess the situation in your board before the first meeting in the office.

At Management Eagle, we focus on clear rules, therefore you have full control over your data. At any time, you can write to us and ask what exactly we have in our database about you. If you change your phone number or move your office to another place in Gdańsk, just let us know. We will correct your data within 48 business hours. You also have the right to be forgotten. If after receiving an audit quote you decide you do not want to continue cooperation, one short message is enough. We don't make a problem of it and won't pester you with calls. We will remove your data from contact lists without unnecessary questions. Our work is fixing mechanisms, so order in papers and databases is a standard for us. Remember also that you can always file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. However, we encourage you, in case of doubt, to first talk to Marek Wiśniewski.
