Lucyna joined Management Eagle in March 2017. Previously, for 9 years, she kept order in the operational department of a local logistics company. With us, she does not deal with theory, but checks where your company is losing money through a mess in procedures. If an employee does not know what they are supposed to do, it's not their fault, but the poorly described work. Lucyna can straighten it out in a few days.
Her method is hard data, zero guesswork. Last quarter, she conducted 14 audits in companies employing from 12 to 45 people. In one production plant, she shortened the invoice circulation time from 6 days to just 2. She did it without buying expensive software, simply by changing the signature path. To be honest, most problems in companies result from the fact that no one ever asked: why actually do we do it this way?
Lucyna believes that we fix the mechanism, not the people. When she enters an office, she does not look for culprits, she only looks at the facts. She often repeats that a bird's-eye view of the facts allows for noticing errors that are not visible at the desk. Recently she helped a small wholesaler regain 3,400 PLN a month by removing unnecessary order verification stages that only generated overtime.
In working with a client, she is direct. If a process makes no sense, she will say it straight to your eyes. she does not use sugarcoating because she respects the time of business owners. Her reports usually have 4 pages of specific points for change, not 50 pages of theoretical considerations. (By the way: it is she who makes sure with us that every document going out to a client is understandable for everyone, not just for a lawyer).
Privately, Lucyna is a fan of precision also outside the office. For 8 years, she has been hobbyistically restoring old mechanical clocks. She says that a company works like a watch – if one gear wheel is worn out, the whole mechanism is late.
