From the production hall to Management Eagle
Marek founded the company in 2016. Previously, for 8 years, he worked in medium-sized production plants in Pomerania. He saw hundreds of hours wasted there on unnecessary procedures and poorly organized documents. He decided to change that. He is not interested in theoretical lectures on management. Marek enters a company, looks at the facts, and tells it straight where it leaks. His philosophy is simple: we fix the mechanism, not the people. If an employee makes a mistake, it means the process allowed them to.
In recent years, Marek has conducted 47 full audits that realistically changed the financial results of clients. He doesn't promise miracles, he promises hard data. He can catch why in a warehouse of 450 square meters goods get lost three times a week. He focuses on what can be seen with the naked eye, not on colorful presentations. For him, what counts is a bird's-eye view of the facts, because that's the only way you can notice bottlenecks that block growth.
What is working with Marek like?
Marek does not waste time on meetings that could be a short email. Usually, his audit lasts from 12 to 19 business days. During this time, he analyzes every paper movement and every decision made at the bottom. In one of the car workshops in Gdynia, he shortened the car reception time by 14.5 minutes. It seems like a little, but with 23 cars a day, it gave the owner more than 5 hours of extra time for repairs every day.
Heads-up: Marek always says what he thinks, even if the truth is uncomfortable for management. If he believes a given process cannot be saved, he will say it straight on the first day. He doesn't like sugarcoating because he believes that in business, time is the only thing that cannot be bought. His goal is to make the company work like a well-oiled machine, even when the boss is not in the office for two weeks.
- Simplified invoice circulation in a transport company, saving 3.2 hours of secretariat work a day.
- Detected an error in the ordering system that cost a small wholesaler 2,300 PLN per month.
- Reduced new employee onboarding time from 4 weeks to 11 business days.
- Conducted 47 effective process renovations in companies employing from 12 to 84 people.
Outside of work, Marek is a fan of old mechanical watches. He claims that a company is like a watch – if one small gear wheel jams, the whole mechanism stops. That's why he obsesses over details. He can be stubborn, but the numbers usually prove him right. If you're looking for someone to pat you on the head and say everything is great, this is not the place for you. Marek comes to fix.
